June: Creativity, Play, and Renewal

Being an adult changes your experience of creativity and play. For some, play becomes a way of life, for others, responsibilities take front and center. Does work feel like play? Does play feel like work?

This month, instead of talking about play and creativity - try something different.

• Maybe hire an artist to assist your group in a creative project.

• Maybe pack a lunch and hike a trail. In Aspen, the Braille trail is a wonderful way to experience the forest ‘blind’ - using touch, hearing, smells and taste!

• Maybe give each member a creative role to play in your meeting this month.

• Maybe change your meeting to a Saturday, so you have more time to play.
