Soul Friends Retreat:

Exploring the Relationships that Grow Your Soul

A ONE-DAY WOMEN’S RETREAT

An interactive and experiential program designed for connection, learning, and creative fun.

HAVE YOU EVER:

  • Had a loved one who is really hard to love?

  • Received honest feedback that changed your life?

  • Felt an instant connection and rapport - a surprise new friend?

  • Met the right person at the right time to carry you through a life transition?

  • Wished you could go back and thank someone who mattered?

Most of us will have many friends throughout our lifetime, friends of different ages, different backgrounds, and different callings. There are some magical few relationships that have gone right to our soul, and others that are a pain in the neck. Let’s call these people SOUL FRIENDS.

These special kinds of relationships can be brief and powerful or long and sustained, they can be with peers or superiors, they can occur within family, school or work circles, and they can be with complete strangers. In fact, some of our soul friends are not ordinary friends by any standard.

In this one-day interactive retreat, you will explore 4 types of relationships that play a powerful role in your capacity for growth and your ability to serve others as a change agent.

Learning Goals and Take-Aways

1. Recognize the patterns in relationships that challenge and motivate you.

2.    Position yourself for growth in your work and personal life.

3.   Verbalize the strengths you see in others to support them as a mentor and friend.

4.   Become the person who can pinpoint growth opportunities for others.

5.   Find a support system that can change your life.

Act soon! Registration is limited to 30 for our Snowmass Chapel venue.

What retreat participants say …

“I have always valued the people who pushed me and helped me, but this retreat opened my eyes to understand how our relationship shaped me.”

“Such an interesting new way to think about the roles we play in each other’s lives.”

“As someone who cringes at the thought of group exercises, even in small groups, this retreat proved to be a wonderfully connecting and creative experience. I gave myself permission to simply show up and have fun. Thank you.”

“I never had a chance to thank certain people who changed my life. I hope in sharing memories of how much they meant to me, my voice will somehow reach them and touch their soul.”

registration is now open for retreats in Aspen and Seattle
