Feathering Your Nest

A Women’s Workshop to Explore What’s Next for You

THE Questions of CHANGE

Feeling prepared for transition provides fuel and direction for the journey ahead. Join us for an 8-week workshop series to assess what YOU desire and map a plan to embrace what’s next for YOU.

A new kind of circle

Guided by Adelaide Waters and Marilyn Seltzer, each of 8 meetings has a theme related to transition. Our series of program activity builds momentum to progress toward your vision.

Magic happens in a room of women in varying life stages. Embrace the benefits of deep listening, idea exchange, creative play, and the superpower of women supporting women.

Agenda and Overview

In January we begin with an inventory of wins and accomplishments given all the changes in life since the pandemic began. You will acknowledge what’s ending and what roles you no longer play, and at the same time observe all the ways your nest is not empty. These feel-good exercises lift you up!

In February we dream big, imagine the practical and the possible, exploring current interests and strengths. Update your bucket list, clarify what you need, and open to resources and connections to bring your vision to life. Mapping a compelling vision builds confidence and competence to new ventures.

In March with the Spring equinox we tap into new energies, emerging interests, and make time for play.  By now we have a groove as a group, the creative juices are flowing, and you are actively exploring new pursuits.

In April we integrate what we are learning about ourselves and our collective journey.  We reflect on how the group experience has validated the path you are on, encouraged experimentation and new path ideas, and connected you to a nest of friends. We close with setting intentions for the journey ahead.
